Incident Report for TrustCloud

Resolved

The TrustCloud platform experienced significant performance degradation. This resulted in users being intermittently unable to log in to the platform. This lasted for a period of 20 minutes before recovering.

We are continuing to monitor the situation and working to determine the root cause.
